Property Description

Thoughtfully designed by Ussery/Rule Architects, this custom home is centered around expansive marsh views and easy coastal living. Oversized windows bring in natural light throughout the home while framing the marsh from nearly every main living space. The formal living room features soaring ceilings and impressive scale, while heart pine floors bring warmth and character throughout the home. The open kitchen flows easily into the living and dining areas, creating a comfortable layout for both everyday living and entertaining. An expansive screened porch extends the living space outdoors and offers a front row seat to beautiful sunsets over the marsh. Recent improvements were thoughtfully completed with both function and long term maintenance in mind, including reinforced foundation pillars with steel supports, a whole house generator powered by a 200+ gallon propane tank, pest retardant attic insulation, tankless water heater, Sonos sound system, and a propane connected BBQ grill. The spa has been updated with all new equipment, pumps, and filters, and the property also features fresh interior and exterior paint, a pest resistant crawlspace barrier system, and a new child and pet safe rear fence. With timeless architecture, recent upgrades, and incredible views, this is a standout marsh front property designed for both everyday comfort and long-term enjoyment.
